Vintage Furse Theatre Light Film Studio Rewired And Polished

VINTAGE FURSE THEATRE LIGHT FILM STUDIO REWIRED AND POLISHED. British 1950s theatre lamp now fully restored and rewired for use in domestic setting. These were originally designed by the Nurse lighting company in London in the 1950/60s. Iconic design that looks very deco in style.

Superbly engineered piece of history. It features a die cast ventilated body with 340 degree directional bracket. The light has been professionally polished to a bright mirror finish. All original parts (except new bulb holder, new toggle on/off switch and wiring) with original bracket nuts and filter holder. I have other stage lights for sale. This list is for one. Tripod is not included in this listing.

For the sake of the listing I point out that this is a vintage item and therefore there are obvious signs of use. Although re-polished, there may be the odd minor mark scratches that didn't polish out. All defects are consistent with age and use and adds to the appeal of the item in my opinion. The condition overall is excellent. Lovely fresnel lens with no major cracks or chips.

Photos tell the story and are part of the description so please use this as a basis of condition. I have provided photos of any note worthy marks. There are 3 marks/small dents on the front fascia. The interior has been rewired with a ceramic E27 bulb holder for domestic use with bulbs up to 400w.

Supplied with a 60w screw in bulb for domestic use. Comes with approx 2.5metres of black cloth covered cable and a quality rocker on/off switch.
